From Black Friday to Cyber Monday

Posted by: info | November 24, 2006

Almost everyone knows that after Thanksgiving kicks off the start of the holiday shopping season. In America we call the day after Black Friday. This is know to be the biggest retail shopping day of the year. Did you know that this is not the biggest day for online sales? This single biggest day for shopping is on Monday. This is not set in stone yet but it has been in the past and it expected to be this year as well. Some Americans are calling this day Cyber Monday. It is the first Monday after Thanksgiving. I wander will this become part of the holidays in the future? I sure a lot of people would like to have an extension of time off work to go through Monday in the future. Especially if this becomes a paid holiday. I know everyone tries to buy Christmas presents for anyone they know but don’t overspend. You can get in real trouble charging everything on your credit cards and charge cards. Please try to avoid at all cost spending more money than you make. It will be impossible to ever get out or become debt free if you spend more than you make. Also do research and make sure you get the best deals and look into generic instead of name brand merchandise to help you save money. One more thing keep your receipts and file and register your warranty cards and information in a very save place. Take advantage of what your manufacture has to offer if your product breaks down, having this information at hand will make it very easy to get repairs done. Have fun and be smarter this holiday season, it’s easy and you can save big money and still be very happy.
