There are many people in the country who like to service and fix their own automobiles. There are a lot of other people who try and fix their own cars without any luck.
The truth is car makers and technology is so far advanced and compact it has become very hard to do your own auto repair. Your best bet is have a certified mechanic take a look at your vehicle. They can analyze it and warranty the work they do, saving you time and money.
Something as easy as changing spark plugs has become somewhat difficult. You have to take out a lot of nuts and bolts and remember where everything goes. On top of this you have to watch at how tight you put on the plugs and the bolts without breaking or loosing everything. An the worst part your problem may not even be fixed. You thought that was the problem but it may end up being something else. So if you don;t know what you are doing and you can afford it, you should hire a mechanic. It will be well worth it in the long run. Also take care of your car and do all services needed to keep your car running smooth.
