Auto Insurance Claim Denied
Posted by: info | July 21, 2007
Did you know that an auto insurance company can deny a claim to drivers with a suspended or no license. If you choose to drive on a suspended license and have an accident, your claim can be denied and not paid. This would leave the financial responsibility of the damages on you. Worst of all, a driver without a valid license could be paying for auto insurance that can’t be used.
This can also be the same if you loan your vehicle out. If the vehicle is loaned to a driver without an active, valid or suspended license the owner of the vehicle will be liable.
The best way to avoid a situation like this is to stay off the streets. Wait until you get a license before getting behind the wheel. You can’t blame the insurance company for not paying a claim for a driver who doesn’t abide by the law.
