Cellular Phone Plans

It has been a long time in since the last time cellular phone service has been discussed. There was an urgent need of informing all consumers of wireless products after assisting a customer’s old an outdated wireless plan today. This customer has had the same phone, plan and company since 1998. I didn’t even know that these phones would still work with the major technology advancements since then. Was I ever so wrong, this customer’s plan had 100 minutes and was costing more than $45.00 a month.
I couldn’t help but realize how far the cellular industry has come. There has been a tremendous improvements and the advancements can make one proud. Believe it or not, this customer really hasn’t used this phone at all since she bought it. The reason she wanted to change phone service was due to some over charges. I mean she would have had thousands of minutes on today’s plans and probably paid a lot less and had a much better phone.
We was able to hook her up with a fantastic new pink razor in which she loved. I was able to get her a plan with thousands of minutes for under $40 a month. The customer seems to be very thrilled. I am going to assist her in programming the phone once it arrives. This is just a warning of type to anyone who hasn’t changed phones or plans in a long time. It never hurts to do a little research and shopping and in the phone industry it may save you a lot of money with better products and service.
