Getting the mail is no fun!

Every day I open the mail box to find some junk mail. I know it is needed in some cases but for the most part it is bothersome when I find pre approved credit cards. I know my credit is not the greatest but I try my best to keep everything paid on time. But when the mail runs I open it and find pre approved letters sometimes from companies that misspell my name or have false information. Better yet unheard of interest rates. Like get up to $500.00 today interest rate 21.99% and annual fee $50.00, set up fee $75.00 and late fee $35.00 and a new charge a monthly maintenance fee $6.00. Why would I or anyone send off for this offer? Do you really need $500.00 so bad that it destroys your credit? If you get the $500.00 maybe less depending on your credit I guess you end up only getting $369.00 after fees on your card and help you if your late and you will never get rid of the maintenance fee and annual fees. I am writing this in hopes to help consumers be more aware and do not take the insane offers. If I can save one person from taking out this type of loan this article was well worth my time. By the way where do the credit card companies get this information? My name is Juston Garland I get offers like Justine Garland where did this come from? Or my birth date or SSN is wrong this is not right. We need to stand up against the predators and not allow them to win, pass our credit history around this is mistakes waiting to happen. No wonder we have a problem with identity theft. I think Credit bureaus should be held accountable for passing any information about us personal or private it is not right. I have called, wrote and emailed the credit bureaus, credit card companies with no success. They still send me the offers but I refuse. Even the good offers I do not want, credit card companies in my opinion should not be able to contact us unless requested. They need to do their own advertising and if we are interested we will sign up or call you. Please help us and I hope this saves people and sends a powerful message to creditors and credit card companies we are against and we will not stand for this.
