Basic Phone Services Flat Rate Service - Service that allows unlimited local calls for a set monthly rate.

Bundled Rate Service - Service that allows unlimited local and long distance calls for a set monthly rate.

Local Toll(IntraLATA) Calling - Per-minute charges for calls made outside your local calling area but within your service area. Cost per minute usually depends upon length of call, time of day call was made and day of the week call was made.

Special Calling Services - What Do They Do?

Caller ID - Let's you see the unblocked name and number of the person calling you on a special display unit or phone.

Call Waiting ID - Provides the unblocked name and number of an incoming call when you are already on the phone. Requires Caller ID and Call Waiting.

Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR) - Rejects calls from blocked numbers. Callers who do not wish to reveal their number may call the operator or use a pay phone to complete their call to an ACR subscriber.

Privacy Manager - Call screening service that answers unidentified calls that do not display an incoming phone number on Caller ID units and will not permit the calls to ring through unless the caller chooses to identify himself or herself.

Call Waiting - Signals that you have another incoming call when you're on the other line.

Call Return (*69) - Automatically dials the last call you received. Usually only available if both caller and call recipient are in the same service area.

Three-Way Calling - Lets you talk to people in two different locations at the same time.

Repeat Dialing (*66) - Continues to redial a busy number for up to 30 minutes and signals you with a special ring when the line becomes free.

Priority Ringing - Lets you assign a special ring for numbers you select and overrides Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR).

Call Forwarding - Lets you automatically send incoming calls to another number, including pagers and mobile phones.

Busy Call Forwarding - Sends incoming calls to a pre-selected number when your line is busy.

Delayed Call Forwarding - Automatically routes calls you get, after a pre-determined number of rings, to a pre-selected number.

Local Phone Service - You basic telephone service.

Long Distance Service - Calls made out site of your local calling area.
